In part II we pick up with the results of the criminal charges against former hospital employees in the deaths of neglected patients resulting in its closing in the mid 1990's. Then we talk about those patients that may have never left the hospital grounds at all, resting in unmarked graves, and persisting in a ghostly form to this day.
