Herb Baumeister: As We Know Him

Herbert Baumeister (a.k.a. "The I-70 Strangler") was an alleged serial killer from Westfield, Indiana. Authorities believe that from 1980 - 1996, Herb murdered anywhere between 11-20 (possibly more) men in Indiana and Ohio.
